The Lender Language Tuition Reimbursement Program
Should a client of Lender Language who has purchased and successfully completed the Lender Language Course hire us to source their debt for the acquisition of an commercial Investment Asset.
Lender language will credit the cost of the course BACK TO YOU as a credit against the Loan broker Fee at closing!
Guidelines
- Limited to one credit per client
- Limited to one credit per closing
- Client must successfully completed the lender language course with passing grade on all exams
- Minimum Loan amount of $1,000,000 required.
- Reimbursement will be credited as a reduction of loan fee on the settlement statement.
- Additional restrictions may apply
